Does Composure place trades for me?
Never. Composure is read-only — it watches your positions and alerts you, but it cannot execute, modify, or close any trade. We refuse API keys with withdrawal permissions on connect.
Which exchanges are supported?
Binance and Bybit at launch. Kraken and forex broker connections (MT4 / MT5) are next on the roadmap.
How is my API key stored?
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it ever hits the database. The master key lives in our hosting provider's environment variables — not in code, not in git, not in logs.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
Full Pro-tier access. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you pick a plan or your monitoring pauses; your data is retained for 30 days regardless.
Can I export my journal?
CSV export is coming soon. Your full journal history is always available in the app, and your data is never deleted while your account is active.
How fast do alerts fire?
Composure checks your positions every minute, around the clock. When a rule is breached, the in-app alert appears on the next check and the email follows immediately after.
